In the beginning there was a Gardener
FMF Services is a family run garden and property care business based in Brisbane’s beautiful Logan City and servicing homeowners, property managers, and commercial businesses from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
Alex, worked for over a decade in the mining industry – and had longed to begin his own Gardening business. Now – his dream has become a reality. His passion for gardening came from looking after his own home, with various outdoor and home improvement projects – that then poured over into helping friends and family with theirs. Finally, starting FMF Services as Logan’s local Garden Maintenance and Property Care Specialists.

Alex did a lot of research and training while working on projects in his spare time and during that time, concluded that there were quite a few businesses that specialised in certain areas of property care, but not many companies that do it all. He found that you would need to engage multiple businesses or contractors to do the lawn mowing, concrete cleaning, landscaping, rubbish removal and so on. How good would it be to have one business to take care of it all for you and save customers time and money in the process.
Let’s be honest here, most of these services don’t require a Harvard Degree to do, however, most people don’t have the expensive equipment & time to do it themselves. Which is where FMF Services come in.
Having a business that can provide a broad range of services would add value to the customer by reducing site mobilisation and logistical costs of engaging multiple contractors. It would also reduce the number of invoices to be paid, and provide peace of mind knowing that a professional and legitimate business is looking after their property.
So if Alex is coming to mow your lawn, feel free to ask, “while you’re here, can you please dispose of this rubbish”, or, “while you are here, can you please clean my patio”.
If it’s something you need done that’s not listed on our website, and it’s within our skill set, we will be happy to do it while we are there, or, during any follow up appointments at your property.

Adding value to our visit
At FMF Services we like to think of all the little things we can do to either make your life easier or add value to our service. Some attention to detail if you will.
Here is what we mean:
Is your council bin a bit smelly and looks a bit dirty? If we are lucky enough to be there on bin day, we would give it a clean inside and out. This is something we would do free of charge for valued and repeat customers, or for a small fee for one off customers while we are at your home.
Can your letterbox use a bit of elbow grease to look good again? We’ll knock it out and give it a quick clean while we are there.
Do you have stray decorative bark or stones that have escaped your garden and jumped onto your lawn? We’ll sort that out if we see it.
So, if you engage FMF for any of our services and we happen to notice something small we can address for you as a small value add to our customers, we will do it.
Fun & Family
At FMF Services, we also like to engage our artistic side and introduce a little bit of fun and whimsy into your outdoor environment.
If your children like racing cars, we can build a little race track in your yard that can be easily dismantled when the kids grow up, or, design it to stand the test of time for grandkids to enjoy one day.
Do you want a fairy garden? We’d love to design something that will bring wonder to your children’s lives and get them spending time outside.
