FMF Services Pty Ltd provides Property Care & Landscaping Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

– Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

– You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of our services without our prior written consent.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability 

– FMF Services Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

 

  1. Privacy Policy 

– Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Termination 

– FMF Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause.

– Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

– Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

 – The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Queensland, Australia.

– FMF Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
